Kim Kardashian has left her followers utterly baffled with her most recent Instagram upload, showcasing snapshots of outlandish beauty procedures she experienced whilst holidaying in South Korea.
The 44 year old reality television star was joined by sister Khloé Kardashian alongside close friends La La Anthony and Stephanie Shepherd for the trip. In one striking image, Kim can be seen having a vivid purple substance injected into her arm whilst partially covered in an array of medical wrappings.
The unusual sight prompted concerned reactions from her fanbase, with one follower questioning: “What are you injecting into your arm? Looks like a smoothie.”
However, others praised her adventurous approach to cutting-edge beauty treatments, posting responses like: “Omgggg gurllll youu goooo”, and “Honestly mood skincare everything there.”
Further images showed Kim sporting tape and plasters across her eyebrows, suggesting she may have undergone a tinting procedure.
Two additional photographs captured her with a white concoction applied to her face, likely from a bespoke facial therapy.
Kim provided no clarification regarding the treatments, merely captioning her post: “The things we do.”
The South Korean adventure also saw Kim promoting her SKIMS empire, as she trialled the brand’s latest Seamless Sculpt Face Wrap alongside La La Anthony and Khloé Kardashian.
The group jetted off in style aboard Kim’s private plane, Kim Air, with the mum-of-four sporting a brown fur coat over a sheer Saint Laurent bodysuit paired with bold red lipstick.
She wrote alongside the snap: “When in Korea.”
Kim has also opened up about her recent health and wellness journey. Earlier this month, she disclosed how stem cell treatment has enabled her to overcome persistent pain, reports the Mirror US.
She shared on Instagram: “I’m so excited to share with you guys my stem cell journey. Two years ago, I tore my shoulder while lifting weights, leaving me in debilitating pain.
