Kai documented their day on the course through a vlog, posing direct questions about life in the White House and Trump’s personal affairs. Just days before it emerged that 18 year old Barron Trump would be relocating to the White House and completing his autumn term at a secondary school in Washington DC, Kai enquired about her uncle’s current situation.
“Good, he’s doing good. He’s a good boy. He loves you. He said, ‘Say hello to Kai, dad’,” Trump revealed. “I said, ‘Barron, why don’t you come out and watch?’ … he’s so cute.”
Since beginning his studies at NYU’s prestigious Stern School of Business, Barron has maintained a low profile, seldom making public appearances alongside his family members. Trump occasionally shares glimpses into his youngest son’s life, including his passion for tennis rather than golf, reports the Irish Star.
During various podcast interviews leading up to the 2024 presidential race, Trump has hinted at Barron’s increased involvement in campaign operations and his influence on strategies to capture younger voters.
Despite keeping out of the spotlight, Barron has been quietly supporting his father’s political endeavours from behind the scenes. According to Trump, it was actually Barron who recommended the now-famous appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience.
“Who is that?” his son enquired. “Dad, you have to be kidding me, I can’t believe you don’t know,” Barron shot back. “Those interviews were conducted by me.
“Barron has been very involved in selecting or recommending, I should say, a number of the podcasts that we should do,” the billionaire businessman revealed to the Playbook Deep Dive podcast.
Trump’s message reached potential wavering voters through these podcast appearances. According to Fox News, both Elon Musk and Lara Trump have claimed the platform was vital to the campaign, enabling Trump to showcase his “human side.
