Just days after she announced her engagement to American football star Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift made her first public appearance as a fiancée – sparking major praise

Taylor Swift made her first appearance as a soon-to-be-sports WAG –watching a college American football game with her NFL star fiancé.

She and Travis Kelce emerged in public for the first time since announcing their engagement on Instagram earlier this week.

The pair were spotted in a box watching a game between the Cincinnati Bearcats and the Nebraska Cornhuskers at Arrowhead Stadium – home of Kelce’s team the Kansas City Chiefs.

Travis played for the Bearcats from 2008 to 2012 before hitting the big time and has followed their fortunes ever since.

But Taylor did not bring his favourites any luck as the Cornhuskers won 20-17.

The 14-time Grammy winner and her fiancé – both 35 – are said to have already started planning and “have a lot of details decided already”.

And it could be surprisingly low-key, with a confidante saying: “It will just be close friends and family.”

The source also says Taylor has been happy for Travis to take the lead in preparations: “He wants to make her dreams come true.”
