Big Brother fans are convinced they know who is heading back to the iconic reality show
ITV Big Brother viewers reckon they’ve cracked the code and identified a former housemate due to make a surprise comeback in an upcoming twist.
Before the latest live eviction even took place, presenters Will Best and AJ Odudu hinted at a game-changing shake-up. It appears that one of the most significant twists in the ITV reality show’s history is set to unfold next week.
This follows the recent eviction of Cameron B, the third contestant to be shown the door and the fourth to leave the house overall.
Cameron’s departure comes after Emily, who was evicted on the first night, Gani, who lost the first public vote, and George, who was removed from the house for repeatedly violating rules around “unacceptable language and behaviour”.
While the housemates are gearing up to cast their nominations once more, things won’t go as they anticipate. They’ll assume that the public will be voting for their favourite, with the least popular contestant being sent packing as usual, reports OK!.
However, the twist is that viewers will actually be choosing which housemate they want to relocate to a ‘secret room’. This lucky individual will be joined by two previous contestants making a shock return to the house.
The identities of these returning housemates remain under wraps, but Will and AJ dropped a hint, suggesting it would be contestants who “left too soon'”.
Fan theories are rife, with some speculating a dramatic return for this series’ early evictee Emily, while others have noticed intriguing online activity.
Fans have observed that two former contestants from past series have curiously halted their social media activity. One of these is Farida Khalifa.
One individual posted: “Farida’s Twitter page has been locked. She’s going back in!”.
Farida, a makeup artist from Wolverhampton, was a participant in the 2023 edition of the show. She ended up being the first person to be evicted from her series.
At the time she initially entered the house, she was 50 and stated “with age comes wisdom”, while also identifying herself as a proud Muslim. She further declared: “I’m the party! I’m a bit of a crazy one. I’m very sociable. I’m what you’d call the black sheep of the family.
When questioned about her decision to join the show, Farida responded, ‘I’m very proud of who I am and I feel like Asian women and Asian culture is underrepresented on TV. Many people believe that wearing a headscarf might limit your opportunities, but for me, it’s been completely the opposite.
“I embrace it with confidence. I want to let people know that us Muslims, we really aren’t suppressed! I’m far from suppressed – I used to be a holiday rep!”
Big Brother continues Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
