A woman has shared how she’s been forced to ‘shelter’ in her trailer at Burning Man after the Orgy Dome was completely destroyed by a savage storm at the event
One attendee of the Burning Man Festival took action after a brutal storm wreaked havoc on the Orgy Dome at the event.
The woman, who identifies herself as a pole siren, future healer and full-time muse on Instagram, posted a series of stories on her social media account. She showcased the quirky interior of a trailer where she was taking refuge from the harsh weather, complete with a snug sofa and bed area, an abundance of scatter cushions and neon lighting.
The Nevada campsite has been hit by even more storms in the past 24 hours, leaving festival-goers scrambling for shelter and safety.

Stellar Rogue also shared a collection of selfies and reposted uploads from other users showing the severe thunderstorm unfolding as the festival’s troubles persist. The Orgy Dome has also posted additional video footage of the damage caused by the weather to their setup, with tarpaulins torn to pieces and metal poles bent in half.
The Orgy Dome team initially updated their followers on Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 26, sharing a video of the ruined tent, which had collapsed onto the ground and couches inside. The clip also showed dust covering everything, with the poles and fabric from the tent ripped apart by the violent storm in Nevada, reports the Mirror US.
Since then, another video clip reveals fierce winds ripping through the tent and shredding it to bits as the weather conditions worsened. Posting the initial clip online, they penned: “Our build team worked so hard this past week to *erect* our lovely space.
“Unfortunately, the winds yesterday undid all that labour and wrecked our structure. We are still here and thankfully safe, we hope to gift the playa some workshops and will keep you updated @burningman #burningman #burningman2025.”
The Orgy Dome account disabled comments following their post, as they responded to detractors by writing: “Gotta love all the hate comments on this. Sexually repressed people can be so bitter. Enjoy your shame and judgement bc we don’t care. And for those being sweet here, thank you for the love.”
The festival’s Orgy Dome is described as “a sex positive community on a mission to educate the world about consent and the importance of its practice beyond intimate space.”
The dome offers festival-goers the chance to engage in sex with two or more people. Within, those keen will discover mattresses, drapes, cosy sofas, and numerous cushions.
However, the brutal weather and fierce dust storms flattened the dome to the ground, meaning it could no longer function at the festival and compelling organisers to axe a series of events including life drawing.
