Jack Kay, affectionately dubbed Ibiza Final Boss, shot to fame in a viral video back in August and now Channel 4 have aired a documentary all about his life
Jack Kay, the viral Ibiza Final Boss, now has a Channel 4 documetary.
The Untold Channel 4 Instagram page recently uploaded a trailer for the documentary with clips and scenes that showed the internet personality enjoying his time in Ibiza.
The caption read: “Since being filmed in Ibiza, Jack Kay’s style has sparked memes, endless copycats and somehow made medieval chic the look of the summer. At £26 a trim, his trips to the barber set him back nearly £80 a week.”
Down in the comments, Channel 4 fans couldn’t believe the social media star has landed himself a documentary. Many shared their amazement while others praised Jack for “milking” his five seconds of fame.
One person said: “Who would’ve thought having a haircut like a medieval peasant would be so life changing! Fair play to him,” while another wrote: “Lol fair enough init, he didn’t ask to get made into a viral meme so why not rinse it out for [all you] can get.”
Someone else wished that he would “make millions” while one fan joked that he will be “rocking that haircut and shades for the rest of his life now”.
“Can’t fault the lad for milking it all,” read one comment as a second said: “Someone tried to take the p*** out of him and it backfired. Milk it for every single penny,” while a third added: “Fair play to the lad, he has owned it and done great. Well played, love it.”
Elsewhere in the documentary, Jack revealed that he has a young daughter: “I’m trying to keep myself on a level head with it because I’ve got a little daughter back home.”
“I want to make sure she’s set for life and that actually is the ambition for us. I had nothing growing up so to give her the life when she’s older, she can have anything she wants, is just unbelievable.”
The so-called Ibiza Final Boss dropped a whopping £55,000 on a luxury item after his rapid social media fame – but “it’s never about money”. Jack told the cameras: “Even if I’ve got £10m in the bank it doesn’t change my roots.”
While driving in his Range Rover, Jack opened up: “I bought this car when I got back from Ibiza. It’s a Range Rover SVR.”
“I bought it with my first paycheque, about £55K. One of the best things was to come and buy this. Honest to God, it was the best thing I’ve ever done.”
