A teenage girl was allegedly gang-raped in the toilets of a KFC restaurant by several men in an horrific ordeal in Paris – police say four men have since been arrested
A teenage girl was allegedly subjected to a gang rape in the toilet of a KFC by a group of men in a horrifying incident. A passerby reportedly stumbled upon the sobbing 13-year-old who then disclosed the distressing details of the ordeal.
Four men, aged between 18 and 24, were arrested by the police. The teenager was allegedly dragged into the toilets at the fast food chain in the Les Halles district of Paris, on Monday evening (December 1).
It’s reported that the men enticed the victim away from her friend before leading her into the toilets at Forum des Halles shopping centre, the Mirror reports. It’s alleged that the teenager agreed to accompany the men “to wait” after losing her friend, but she was then allegedly assaulted.
Bystanders then found the traumatised girl before the police were notified.
The Paris prosecutor’s office stated: “Police officers from the Central police station were alerted by passers-by in the Les Halles area that a young woman had told them she had just been raped.”
Police raced to the shopping centre and arrested the four suspects after the victim was reportedly able to identify them.
The group were arrested on suspicion of the rape of a minor under 15, according to Entreveu. French media have reported that they are currently being questioned by the Juvenile Protection Unit.
The teenager was reportedly provided with medical and psychological support following the horrific event.
